At Star Walkers we offer private, semi-private, and group lessons for the first time rider up to advanced riders. We strive to provide a fun and engaging environment that is safe for our students to learn in. Our goal is to create independent, confident, and knowledgeable students who will continue to enjoy horses throughout their lives.

Star Walkers provides quality instruction from an Equine Canada Certified Instructor. Nicole has experience training and showing throughout Alberta. She has experience in both English and Western disciplines.

One of the primary goals of Star Walkers is to introduce riders to gaited horses, particularly the Tennessee Walking Horse. Several lesson horses are available for all levels of riders.

Lessons consist of 30 minutes to an hour of riding depending on the age and level of the student. Riders are expected to catch, groom, and tack up their horse before a lesson and take care of it properly afterwards as well. Assistance is provided if necessary. Students should be prepared to spend an extra 30 minutes before and after their lessons. 

During the summer students have an opportunity to show throughout Alberta.
